PLEASE READ
Please note this a non-residential two-day Camp.
We will be inside and outside throughout the program & breaks.
Wear sturdy shoes and dress in layers for varied temps and the occasional Aptos fog.
Bring your water bottle and lunch. We are asked to not wear fragrances as some are sensitive.
Delicious dinners will be catered and will include vegan and vegetarian options. We have not confirmed our menus at the time of opening registration but will label ingredients with care. If you have dietary concerns you are welcome to bring something extra for yourself.
If you’re coming from out of town and would like assistance with
lodging contact the
registrar. We have a few local folks able to offer space and a short list of private campgrounds & guest rooms to suggest. Check online for hotels between Scotts Valley and Watsonville in addition to Santa Cruz or try
HipCamp (for tenting) or
AirBNB listings in these areas. Our contract with UU requires all attendees to be Off Site following the evening programs. (Sorry, No vehicle-sleepers at the venue)
Cancellation policy: We are able to issue full refunds up to the close of regular registration July 19.
A partial refund will be issued if you cancel thereafter. No refunds
after 8/1/24 (with the exception of a true emergency).
Health & safety agreement: Please self-assess for Covid virus before coming. Taking a test before attending is recommended. Do not attend if you have any cold or flu symptoms or have been exposed to someone who’s recently tested Covid-positive. Also suggested: Keep your immunity boosted with your chosen supplements, supportive foods and hydration. Once at the retreat, we may wear masks or not wear masks, hold hands or not hold hands, etc. Please ask permission before hugging. Wash hands often and/or use hand sanitizer provided. Drink plenty of water.
